RWA002门口机是基于全志A20设计开发的特别针对楼宇对讲及智能硬件产品量身定制的主板，I20包含全志A20，32位DDR(最高1GB)，8Flash(1颗最高可支持32GB，兼容eMMC)，百兆以太网，WiFi+BT，4.3寸-21.5寸显示屏，消回音，继电器，摄像头,UART, 触摸屏，矩阵按键，喇叭，咪头，RTC电池，TF卡，USB等。该产品适用于楼宇数字可视对讲，小区广告发布，工业控制，智能硬件及智能家居类的产品。
RWA002 is a full function outdoor product developed by Runwelltek based on Allwinner A20. I20 OUTDOOR contains A20, 32bits DDR(maximum 1GB), 8GB eMMC flash(max 32GB), RJ45 100M, WiFi+BT, 4.3inch-21.5inch LCD, Echo cancellation, Relay, Camera, UART, Touch panel, matrix key, speaker, Microphone, RTC battery, TF card, USB host and USB OTG. RWA002 can be widely applied for intercom outdoor product, digital signage for community, industrial product, intelligent hardware, smart home and so on.
